What Is Radiesse® ?
Radiesse® is an FDA approved long lasting facial filler that contains crystals that stimulate the growth of your own collagen. Typically used for facial folds, creases and soft tissue augmentation. Radiesse® is great for the cheeks, chin and other facial areas where a large volume of dermal filler is required. Radiesse® creates a scaffold of micro-beads under your skin that stimulates your own natural collagen to grow, resulting in a natural, soft effect.

What are the benefits of Radiesse®?

How long do the results last?

How is Radiesse® administered?
Radiesse® is injected in small amounts underneath the skin to fill in creases, lines, wrinkles and folds. To maximize comfort, an anesthetic topical cream or anesthetic block may be administered.

Do Radiesse® injections hurt?
Radiesse® is injected in small amounts underneath the skin, to optimize your comfort during the short procedure, your medical practitioner may anesthetize the treatment area.

How soon will results appear?
Your results appear after any swelling diminishes.

What should clients do prior to treatment?
Clients should avoid taking aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications, St. John's Wort and high doses of Vitamin E supplements for one week prior to treatment. This will help to minimize any bruising or bleeding at the injection site. If clients have a history of herpes or cold sores, they will be treated with an anti-viral medication before and after Radiesse®.

Are there any side effects?
Possible side effects include swelling, redness, and in some cases, bruising. Generally these side effects disappear within a couple of days.

Is there any post-treatment care needed?
Normally, clients return to work, school or their usual routine. Cold compresses may help reduce swelling and bruising. Make-up may be worn immediately after treatment.

How much does Radiesse® cost?
Radiesse® treatments are customized procedures based on specific individual needs, so the cost will vary from patient to patient. Because Radiesse® is longer-lasting then other fillers it proves to be economical over the long term.

Liquid Face Lift
