When your appointment is scheduled, our specialist will be sure to go over all of the details that you need to know for your treatment. Should you have any additional questions after they have covered the details, this is a great time to ask, but don’t worry if you think of other questions afterwards. You are welcome to call at anytime with the questions you may have leading up to your appointment.
When should I arrive?
Please be sure to arrive at the time of your appointment. You are always welcome to arrive a few minutes early to allow yourself time to relax and not feel as though you are rushing into your treatment. We want you to feel as relaxed as possible, and arriving early could be a great help with this. Our clients expect us to be punctual, and since we reserve your appointment time for you and no one else, we need you to be punctual.
What if I am late for my appointment?
What is your cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Last-minute cancellations and appointment changes cause us to lose time, which means that our other patients who need treatment are unable to be seen.
What is your reservation policy?
When you schedule an appointment, your time slot has been reserved especially for you. We strongly encourage all patients to keep their appointments as scheduled. Once your appointment is on the schedule, we plan and prepare specifically for your treatment so that we can provide the highest quality service that is customized to your needs.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept payment in the following forms:

- We offer 0% financing through Care Credit
What should I wear for my spa treatment?
When you plan what to wear for your treatment, you might wonder if you should come dressed professionally, casually, or somewhere in between. We encourage our clients to wear apparel that is comfortable. When you arrive for your appointment on time and in comfortable clothing, your experience will be that much more enjoyable. We ask our clients who are gentlemen to please refrain from wearing sleeveless shirts or tank tops.

What is the cost of a consultation?
Our consultations are completely free of charge. We schedule complimentary consultations with our new clients to allow us to have the time to fully understand your aesthetic needs and wishes. During this time, we are able to share with you what treatments and procedures we think will best help you to achieve your aesthetic goals. During your consultation, you will be able to meet with a certified medical practitioner, and/or the owners. We do not pressure anyone during this consultation, nor are you under any obligation to purchase anything. We look forward to these times so that we can afford you the benefit of receiving a professional assessment that allows you to make a truly informed decision.
