Kim is an accomplished leader with over twenty years experience across multiple disciplines within the service industry. Her belief that there is a better way to deliver safe, effective non invasive aesthetic treatments in a spa environment led her to team up with Manny Penate to establish the first Natura Medspa & CoolSculpting Center in Parkland, Florida. As a client of these services in the past, she understands that an aesthetic practice is built one client at a time. At Natura MedSpa, her focus is on the “client experience”. You can expect her team to deliver the highest level of service in the comfort of our boutique spa.

In addition, Kim is a Certified Health Coach and Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless practitioners who help clients feel their best through food and liftestyle changes and personalized, one-on-one encouragement. As more and more awareness is given to preventative care, health coaching is seen as a vital aspect of creating healthy lifestyle changes. Health coaches are becoming recognized as essential and integral parts of people’s health and well-being. Not only is there a shift to live healthier lives, people are finding that helping others become healthier makes their lives better, too.

Favorite Treatments

Photofacials, Ultherapy and CoolSculpting are my top treatments.

Photofacials are beneficial treatments that even out skin tone. While it has many perks, one is that it is a simple procedure that can be done on one’s lunch break with no downtime. One might experience temporary flushing that typically dissipates in an hour. For some patients, redness and dark spots may take a week to fade. After completing a series of 6 monthly photofacials, I now maintain my skin with quarterly treatments – the aging process continues, but I believe we can slow it down significantly with routine treatments such as photofacials.

Ultherapy — as we age, collagen production slows down significantly. Ultherapy is the only gold standard that works non-invasively at a surgical level to stimulate collagen production to lift and tighen the skin. I get a treatment once a year to continue collagen stimulation. Ultherapy is also the only technology that uses imaging to allow us to see your levels of collagen. I highly recommend that our clients come in for a scan once a year to measure and monitor their collagen. Yearly treatments are highly recommended to slow down the aging process.

CoolSculpting – the freezing, fat reduction treatment utilizing controlled cooling, it truly a one of a kind treatment. Non-invasive and literally very little, if any, downtime associate with the treatment. My clients get great results and often come back to treat other areas. Some are even skeptical at first and then realize that the results are real. It’s amazing how many of my clients give me high 5s and hugs after seeing their before and after photos.
