Manny is an experienced executive and entrepreneur creating and delivering winning business models. He understood that retail medicine was in need of change and that a model focused on results in addition to service and a world class client experience was needed. This vision of a better practice that could deliver results in a spa setting led him to establish Natura Medspa. Manny has a profound understanding of medical aesthetics technology, client centric service delivery and financial instruments to fund growth. This experience has been instrumental in the growth and celebration of Natura Medspa’s 10 year anniversary.
At Natura Med Spa & CoolSculpting Center, everything we do revolves around the client’s experience. We listen to the goals our clients share with us and then help them to achieve these goals with the variety of treatments and services that we offer. Unlike the traditional experience of having to spend long periods of time sitting in the waiting room of a doctor’s office, you will be pleased with the treatment you receive from the moment you enter our aesthetic center.
Our medical staff and aestheticians are fully trained to deliver the highest level of personalized service in the comfort of our boutique spa. They have outstanding medical and professional credentials and also undergo rigorous training that is dedicated to the Natura Client Experience and Outstanding Service Protocols. Our proprietary protocols provide the highest level of safety and comfort for each one of our non-invasive medical procedures. The Medical Director at Natura Med Spa is a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than twenty years of industry-specific experience performing world-class procedures.
